Ingredients

1Squid
cupShoyu
1tablespoonSake
¼cupSugar
1tablespoonSalad oil
¼teaspoonGrated ginger
1Clove garlic; crushed

Directions

SAUCE

Clean squid and cut in half. Marinate 2 to 3 hours in sauce. Broil on both sides until done. Slice into bite-size pieces and serve.
