Octopus poke

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Octopus, cooked
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Shoyu
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Sesame seeds,toasted
½ cup Ogo; chopped
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Crushed kukui nut



Cut octopus into bite-size pieces. Mix with remaining ingredients and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
