Baked shoyu chicken

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Chicken (salt and pepper; then flour and fry)
⅓ can Chicken broth
⅛ cup Shoyu
⅛ cup Mirin
\N \N MSG
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ cup Sugar
1 slice Ginger; crushed

SAUCE

Place chicken in pan and pour sauce over it. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
