Baked shoyu chicken

Ingredients

| ⅓ | can | Chicken broth |
| ⅛ | cup | Shoyu |
| ⅛ | cup | Mirin |

| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | slice | Ginger; crushed |
Directions
SAUCE
Place chicken in pan and pour sauce over it. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
