| ½ | cup | Blanched and chopped limu |

| 1 | tablespoon | Hawaiian salt |
| 1 | Hawaiian red pepper, seeded | |
| And minced. | ||
| 2 | teaspoons | Ground, roasted kukui nuts |
Directions
Cut aku into ½ inch cubes. Combine limu, salt, pepper and kukui nuts; add fish cubes and mix well. Chilll before serving.
