Spicy mexicana pizza

Measure Ingredient
1 \N 145 g pack pizza base mix
150 grams Soya mince; (5oz)
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 \N Sachet of taco seasoning mix
2 tablespoons Sundried tomato paste
½ \N Green pepper; deseeded and sliced
½ \N Red pepper; deseeded and sliced
½ \N Yellow pepper; deseeded and sliced
1 \N Red onion; sliced into rings
8 \N Black olives
\N \N Fresh basil

Make up the pizza base as per pack instructions.

Make up the soya mince as per pack instructions.

Preheat the oven to 200 C, 400 F, Gas Mark 6.

Heat oil in a frying pan, add the soya mince and contents of the taco seasoning sachet and fry for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

Spread the tomato paste evenly over the pizza base and spoon over the soya mince evenly. Arrange the remaining ingredients on the top.

Place in the preheated oven on the middle oven shelf and cook for 20-25 minutes.

Notes Serve with a crisp green salad.
