Mexican pizza-1

Yield: 2 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 eaches Tortilla flour
3 ounces Pepperoni slices
2 mediums Tomatoes -- chopped
½ cup Salsa
1 can Olives -- ripe 2 1/4oz
1½ to 2 minutes or until cheese melts. Top with half of the
\N \N Drained
1 cup Monterey jack cheese --
\N \N Shredded
1 cup Lettuce

Place one tortilla on a microwave-safe plate. Layer with half of the pepperoni, tomatoes, salsa, olives and cheese. Microwave on high for lettuce. Make a second pizza with remaining ingredients. Yield 2 servings.
