| 1 | can | Cream of mushroom soup |
| 1 | can | Cream of chicken soup |
| 1 | can | Ro*tel tomatoes with juice |
| 1 | pounds | Ground beef or turkey |
| Chili powder; to taste | ||
| Garlic powder; to taste | ||
| 8 | ounces | Velveeta; cubed |
Directions
Brown ground beef with chili powder and garlic powder to taste. Place in order given in a crockpot. Cook 3 to 4 hours on LOW. MM Waldine Van Geffen vghc42a@.... Lynn Thomas' notes: Made this on 9-16- 97, used corn tortillas, regular cut-up tomatoes and Mexican Velveeta. This was an easy and delicious stew that would be good to serve during the football season.
