Pistachio-pineapple pudding

1 carton Plain low-fat yogurt; (8-ounce)
1 carton Vanilla low-fat yogurt; (8-ounce)
1 can Unsweetened crushed pineapple; drained (8-ounce)
1 cup Plus 6 tablespoons frozen reduced-calorie; thawed and divided
; whipped topping

This dessert is very yummy, and it's so quick and easy to put together. I dump everything together and stir it up, and it's ready--instant dessert.
