Measure | Ingredient |

1 small | Instant pistachio pudding mix |
1 pint | Sour cream |
8¼ ounce | Crushed pineapple, canned, undrained |
1⅓ cup | Coconut |
Mix first two ingredients. Add pineapple and coconut. Mix well. Serve immediately or chill. DOUBLE RECIPE FOR 9x13"PAN. Typed by Lynn Thomas.
Lynn's notes: I always make a double batch of this because it goes fast. A delicious and easy dessert.
