Coconut pistachio pudding

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 small Instant pistachio pudding mix
1 pint Sour cream
8¼ ounce Crushed pineapple, canned, undrained
1⅓ cup Coconut

Mix first two ingredients. Add pineapple and coconut. Mix well. Serve immediately or chill. DOUBLE RECIPE FOR 9x13"PAN. Typed by Lynn Thomas.

Lynn's notes: I always make a double batch of this because it goes fast. A delicious and easy dessert.
