Pineapple bread pudding

Ingredients

| ½ | teaspoon | Ground cinnamon; |

| 1 | can | Crushed pineapple; well well drained |
| 2 | cups | 1/2\" bread cubes; (about 3 slices |
| ¼ | cup | Pecans; chopped |
Directions
Heat oven to 325 degrees; in large mixer bowl, beat margarine, sugar and cinnamon on medium speed 1 minute, scraping bowl constantly. Add eggs, scraping occasionally; beat on high speed until mixture is light and fluffy, 2 minutes. Fold in pineapple, bread cubes and pecans. Pour into greased 1-½ quart casserole.
