Pineapple bread pudding

Ingredients

½cupButter softened
1cupSugar;
½teaspoonGround cinnamon;
4Eggs;
1canCrushed pineapple; well well drained
2cups1/2\" bread cubes; (about 3 slices
¼cupPecans; chopped

Directions

Heat oven to 325 degrees; in large mixer bowl, beat margarine, sugar and cinnamon on medium speed 1 minute, scraping bowl constantly. Add eggs, scraping occasionally; beat on high speed until mixture is light and fluffy, 2 minutes. Fold in pineapple, bread cubes and pecans. Pour into greased 1-½ quart casserole.
