Pistachio cake w/cream cheese frosting

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack White cake mix
5 xes Eggs
½ cup Milk
½ cup Water
½ cup Oil
2 packs 4oz. instant pistachio pudd.
½ cup Chopped walnuts (Optional)

Combine all ingredients. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes in greased tube pan.

Remove from oven; let cool and remove from pan. CREAM CHEESE FROSTING: 3 tsp butter or marg., softened; 6 oz. cream cheese, softened; 1¼ cups powdered sugar; ¼ tsp vanilla. Combine all ingredients and frost cooled cake.
