Pistachio cake

Yield: 12 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Yellow cake mix
4 \N Eggs
1 cup Orange juice
⅓ cup Oil
1 pack Ins. pistachio pudding(3 1/2
½ cup Chocolate syrup
¾ cup Powdered sugar
¼ cup Cocoa
1½ tablespoon Maybe 2--T milk


In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, o.j., oil & p. mix; blend at low speed for 1 min, then beat at high speed for 3 min. Pour ⅔ of the batter into a greased & floured 12" bundt pan. Add chocolate syrup to remaining ⅓ of the batter & mix at med speed til well blended. Pour over top of batter & marbleize by cutting through batter with a knife. Bake at 350 deg for about 1 hour or til cake tests done. Cool in pan 10-15 minutes; turn out on a wire rack or serving plate to complete cooling. Top with chocolate glaze.

Glaze---Combine all ingredients til well blended. Spoon over top of cake, allowing some to run down sides of cake. Mona BTMF00B
