Pistachio chocolate cake

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Yellow cake mix
1 pack Pistachio pudding
4 teaspoons Almond extract
4 Eggs
½ cup Oil
½ cup Water
½ cup Orange juice
5½ ounce Chocolate syrup

Grease and flour a tube pan. Preheat oven at 350. Mix all the above ingredients except for the syrup; then put ½ of the batter into the tube pan. Mix the chocolate syrup into the remaining ½ batter and pour on top of the other batter already in the tube pan (just pour batter on top....do not mix). Bake for 50 minutes. Cool cake before removing from pan.
