Pistachio marble cake

1cupWater
4Eggs
¼cupChocolate syrup
1Yellow cake mix -- (butter
Flavor)
½cupOil
1smallBox pistachio instant pudding mix

Directions

Blend together cake mix, eggs (1 at a time), oil, water and pudding about 2 minutes on medium speed. Pour ⅔ of the batter into thoroughly greased layer pans or Bundt pan. Blend chocolate syrup with the remaining ⅓ of batter. Spoon this chocolate batter into the batter already in pans and swirl lightly to create "marbled" effect. Bake at 350F for 40-50 minutes. May also be made with chocolate instant pudding and pecans(omit syrup).
