2Serrano chilis; seeded and minced
1ounceRice wine vinegar
1Red bell pepper; fine dice
1ounce(fl) peanut oil
1bunchCilantro; minced
2tablespoonsSesame oil

Directions

submitted by: rorford@... (Russ Vancouver B.C Canada) Take outside skin off pineapple, slice into ¼" slices. Lightly oil and grill. Dice into ¼" squares. DO NOT USE CENTRE OF PINEAPPLE. Combine all ingredients ,adjust seasoning with crushed red chili.
