| 2 | Serrano chilis; seeded and minced | |
| 1 | ounce | Rice wine vinegar |
| 1 | Red bell pepper; fine dice | |
| 1 | ounce | (fl) peanut oil |
| 1 | bunch | Cilantro; minced |
| 2 | tablespoons | Sesame oil |
Directions
submitted by: rorford@... (Russ Vancouver B.C Canada) Take outside skin off pineapple, slice into ¼" slices. Lightly oil and grill. Dice into ¼" squares. DO NOT USE CENTRE OF PINEAPPLE. Combine all ingredients ,adjust seasoning with crushed red chili.
