Pineapple salsa #4

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Ripe pineapple
2 \N Serrano chilis; seeded and minced
1 ounce Rice wine vinegar
1 \N Red bell pepper; fine dice
1 ounce (fl) peanut oil
1 bunch Cilantro; minced
2 tablespoons Sesame oil

submitted by: rorford@... (Russ Vancouver B.C Canada) Take outside skin off pineapple, slice into ¼" slices. Lightly oil and grill. Dice into ¼" squares. DO NOT USE CENTRE OF PINEAPPLE. Combine all ingredients ,adjust seasoning with crushed red chili.
