Pineapple curry sauce

Ingredients

¼teaspoonEach cardamom, turmeric,
Ground coriander and cumin
teaspoonEach ground cloves & nutmeg
1tablespoonBrown sugar
½teaspoonPaprika
2Cloves garlic, minced
teaspoonFresh ginger, grated
¼cupPineapple juice
½cupPineapple, finely diced

Directions

Stir spices together in a small skillet over low heat for a minute or two. Add garlic, ginger, sugar, and pineapple juice and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, for 5 to 7 minutes.
