Pineapple ginger sauce <t>

| 1 | cup | No-sugar-added pineapple |
| Juice | ||
| ¼ | cup | Low sodium tamari or soy |
| Sauce | ||
| 1 | tablespoon | Cornstarch dissolved in 1 |
| tablespoon | Cold water | |
Directions
Saute garlic and ginger in a little water in a medium non-stick skillet. After about 3 minutes add juice and soysauce. Heat on medium high until it boils, then stir in cornstarch. Heat until it gets to your desired consistency.
