Pineapple ginger sauce <t>

1teaspoonMinced garlic
1teaspoonMinced ginger
1cupNo-sugar-added pineapple
Juice
¼cupLow sodium tamari or soy
Sauce
1tablespoonCornstarch dissolved in 1
tablespoonCold water

Directions

Saute garlic and ginger in a little water in a medium non-stick skillet. After about 3 minutes add juice and soysauce. Heat on medium high until it boils, then stir in cornstarch. Heat until it gets to your desired consistency.
