Pineapple frosting

Yield: 20 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Water
3 tablespoons Cornstarch
20 ounces Crushed pineapple, undrained
Egg yolk
3 packs Equal
⅓ cup Chopped nuts

Dash yellow food coloring. In med. saucepan combine water, cornstarch, pineapple and water; Cook over medium heat til thickened, stirring occasionally. Cool for 25 minutes. Add Equal, coloring and nuts.
