Pineapple delight cake

| 1 | Box yellow cake mix | |
| 1 | can | (large) crushed pineapple |
| 1 | Box (large) vanilla Cook and Serve Pudding | |
| 1 | pack | (8-oz) cream cheese |
| Whipped cream optional | ||
Directions
Prepare and bake cake according to directions. While cake is still warm, pour pineapple, juice and all, over entire cake. Meanwhile, cook pudding according to directions; only use one half cup less milk than directions call for. Add cream cheese to mixture while it is cooking. Melt into the pudding. When mixture comes to a boil, remove from heat and pour over cake.
Thoroughly chill the cake before adding whipped cream.
