Pineapple custard pie

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Water
1 cup Sugar
3 tablespoons Cornstarch
½ cup Pineapple - crushed

Boil water and sugar together. Add yolks, cornstarch and pineapple.

Pour in baked shell, cover with whites of 2 eggs, brown.
