Pineapple cheese casserole

2cansChunk pineapple; (20 ounce)
1cupSugar
6tablespoonsFlour
2cupsSharp cheddar cheese
½Stick butter
1Roll Ritz crackers; crumbled

Directions

Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Combine flour and sugar, mix with juice and stir into pineapple. Add cheddar cheese. Mix well and put into 1½ quart casserole dish. Melt butter, stir in crumbled Ritz crackers and spread over previous ingredients. Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 30 minutes or until brown.
