|2 cans||Chunk pineapple; (20 ounce)|
|2 cups||Sharp cheddar cheese|
|½ \N||Stick butter|
|1 \N||Roll Ritz crackers; crumbled|
Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Combine flour and sugar, mix with juice and stir into pineapple. Add cheddar cheese. Mix well and put into 1½ quart casserole dish. Melt butter, stir in crumbled Ritz crackers and spread over previous ingredients. Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 30 minutes or until brown.
