Pineapple cheese loaf

Ingredients

| 2 | tablespoons | Shortening; melted |
| ¾ | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | Egg | |
| 1 | cup | Crushed pineapple |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
| 2 | cups | Flour |
| 3 | teaspoons | Baking powder |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | cup | Grated cheddar cheese |
| ½ | cup | Chopped walnuts |
Directions
Mix ingredients in the order given. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 mins. or until toothpick comes out clean.
