Ingredients

| 2 | packs | (8-oz) cream cheese |
| 1 | can | (8.5-oz) crushed pineapple; drained |
| ½ | cup | Finely chopped bell pepper |
| 2 | tablespoons | Chopped onion |
| 1 | tablespoon | Salt |
| 1 | cup | Chopped pecans |
Directions
Mix all ingredients except pecans. Mold into a ball and roll in pecans.
Chill.
