Measure | Ingredient |

2 packs | (8-oz) cream cheese |
1 can | (8.5-oz) crushed pineapple; drained |
½ cup | Finely chopped bell pepper |
2 tablespoons | Chopped onion |
1 tablespoon | Salt |
1 cup | Chopped pecans |
Mix all ingredients except pecans. Mold into a ball and roll in pecans.
Chill.
