Pineapple cheese ball #1

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 packs (8-oz) cream cheese
1 can (8.5-oz) crushed pineapple; drained
½ cup Finely chopped bell pepper
2 tablespoons Chopped onion
1 tablespoon Salt
1 cup Chopped pecans

Mix all ingredients except pecans. Mold into a ball and roll in pecans.

Chill.
