Banker's pineapple cheese ball

8½ | ounce | Crushed pineapple; drained |
¼ | cup | Green pepper; finely chopped |
2 | tablespoons | Onion; chopped |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
2 | cups | Pecans; chopped |
Assorted crackers |
Directions
In medium bowl combine the cream cheese, pineapple, green pepper, onion, salt and 1 cup of pecans. Mix well. Refrigerate until firm.
