Pineapple cheese ball #2

Ingredients

2packs(8-oz) cream cheese
2cupsFinely chopped pecans
1can(8.5-oz) crushed pineapple; drained
¼cupGreen pepper; finely chopped
2teaspoonsOnion; finely chopped
1teaspoonSeasoned salt

Directions

Soften cream cheese & add 1 cup pecans. Add remaining ingredients except remaining pecans. Chill at least 1 hour. Mold into a ball & roll in remaining 1 cup nuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 1 large ball or 2 small balls. Serve with crackers.
