Measure Ingredient
4 \N POTATOES
¼ cup PESTO
¼ cup SOUR CREAM
¼ cup ASIAGO OR PARMESAN

BAKE POTATOES IN OVEN OR MICROWAVE. SLICE OF TOP QUARTER. SCOOP OUT INTERIOR AND BREAK UP WITH A FORK. STIR IN PESTO, SOUR CREAM AND CHEESE.

MOUND BACK INTO SHELLS. SPRINKLE WITH MORE CHEESE AND BROIL 4'' FROM THE HEAT UNTIL GOLDEN.
