Pesto 2

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Packed fresh basil leaves
2 \N Garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup Pine nuts
1¼ cup Extra-virgin olive oil
½ cup Parmesan cheese
½ cup Romano cheese
¾ teaspoon Salt

Place basil and garlic in a blender or food processor and puree. Add oil and mix thoroughly, then blend in parmesan and romano cheeses.

Fold in pine nuts with a spatula.
