Measure | Ingredient |

2 cups | Packed fresh basil leaves |
2 \N | Garlic cloves, minced |
¼ cup | Pine nuts |
1¼ cup | Extra-virgin olive oil |
½ cup | Parmesan cheese |
½ cup | Romano cheese |
¾ teaspoon | Salt |
Place basil and garlic in a blender or food processor and puree. Add oil and mix thoroughly, then blend in parmesan and romano cheeses.
Fold in pine nuts with a spatula.
