1 teaspoon PARMESAN
\N \N FEW DRIED CHILES
\N \N GENEROUS AMOUNT MOZZARELLA

SPREAD PESTO ON CRUST AND SPRINKLE WITH PAMRSAN AND CHILIES. GENEROUSLY COVER WITH MOZZARELLA OR DOT WITH GOAT'S CHEESE. BAKE PIZZA AT 450*F UNTIL GOLDEN, ABOUT 10 MINUTES. CUT INTO 8 TRIANGLES. SERVE AS AN APPETIZER.
