| Measure | Ingredient |

| ½ \N | Recipe of persimmon jam |
| 2 tablespoons | Calavado, or Grand Marnier |
| 1 cup | Heavy cream, cold |
Add liquer to jam. Beat Cream in chilled mixer bowl with chilled beaters until stiff peaks form, fold in jam.
(Good between layers of cake)
