Persimmon filling

½ | Recipe of persimmon jam | |
2 | tablespoons | Calavado, or Grand Marnier |
1 | cup | Heavy cream, cold |
Directions
Add liquer to jam. Beat Cream in chilled mixer bowl with chilled beaters until stiff peaks form, fold in jam.
(Good between layers of cake)
