Yield: 1 Servings
|½ \N||Recipe of persimmon jam|
|2 tablespoons||Calavado, or Grand Marnier|
|1 cup||Heavy cream, cold|
Add liquer to jam. Beat Cream in chilled mixer bowl with chilled beaters until stiff peaks form, fold in jam.
(Good between layers of cake)
