Persimmon fruit salad

Ingredients

11ouncesMandarin oranges; drained
2cupsApple; diced
2Bananas; sliced
½cupPersimmons; peeled & sliced
¼cupWalnuts, black; chopped
½cupMayonnaise
¼cupCream, whipped
1teaspoonSugar

Directions

Combine fruits and nuts, stirring gently. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well, and pour over fruit mixture. Toss lightly.

Chill 1 to 2 hours
