Persimmon fruit salad

Ingredients

| 11 | ounces | Mandarin oranges; drained |
| 2 | cups | Apple; diced |
| 2 | Bananas; sliced | |
| ½ | cup | Persimmons; peeled & sliced |
| ¼ | cup | Walnuts, black; chopped |
| ½ | cup | Mayonnaise |
| ¼ | cup | Cream, whipped |
| 1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
Directions
Combine fruits and nuts, stirring gently. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well, and pour over fruit mixture. Toss lightly.
Chill 1 to 2 hours
