Persimmon fruit salad

Quantity | Ingredient | |

11 | ounces | Mandarin oranges; drained |
2 | cups | Apple; diced |
2 | Bananas; sliced | |
½ | cup | Persimmons; peeled & sliced |
¼ | cup | Walnuts, black; chopped |
½ | cup | Mayonnaise |
¼ | cup | Cream, whipped |
1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
Combine fruits and nuts, stirring gently. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well, and pour over fruit mixture. Toss lightly.
Chill 1 to 2 hours
