Measure | Ingredient |

11 ounces | Mandarin oranges; drained |
2 cups | Apple; diced |
2 \N | Bananas; sliced |
½ cup | Persimmons; peeled & sliced |
¼ cup | Walnuts, black; chopped |
½ cup | Mayonnaise |
¼ cup | Cream, whipped |
1 teaspoon | Sugar |
Combine fruits and nuts, stirring gently. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well, and pour over fruit mixture. Toss lightly.
Chill 1 to 2 hours
