Persimmon fruit salad

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
11 ounces Mandarin oranges; drained
2 cups Apple; diced
2 \N Bananas; sliced
½ cup Persimmons; peeled & sliced
¼ cup Walnuts, black; chopped
½ cup Mayonnaise
¼ cup Cream, whipped
1 teaspoon Sugar

Combine fruits and nuts, stirring gently. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well, and pour over fruit mixture. Toss lightly.

Chill 1 to 2 hours
