Persimmon torte

½cupLard
1Egg
1cupPersimmon pulp
cupFlour
1teaspoonSoda
1teaspoonCinnamon
½teaspoonBaking powder
½cupNuts

Directions

Cream sugar and lard. Add egg, persimmon pulp, mix and add dry ingredients. Bake in 2 layer cake pans at 375 degrees until firm.
