Persimmon supreme

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
6 \N Egg whites beaten, stiff
2 cups Sugar folded in
1 cup Chopped pecans
\N \N Add 2 cups Ritz cracker
\N \N Crumbs
\N \N Mix and spread on greased
\N \N Pan, bake 20 to 25 minutes
\N \N At 350 degrees. Let cool.
\N \N Prepare 1 box of Dream Whip
\N \N (2 pkgs.)
1 cup Sugar
16 ounces Philadelphia cream cheese

Whip cheese and sugar together and add to prepared Dream Whip. Spread on top of crust, then add persimmon topping of: 2 cups persimmon pulp ¼ cup sugar 2 cups miniature marshmallows Sprinkle with additional chopped nuts. Chill in refrigerator for 3 hours.
