Persimmon roll

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Persimmon pulp
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Vanilla wafer crumbs
½ cup Chopped nuts
½ cup Chopped dates

Mix all ingredients and bake 1 hour in a 300 degree oven in 1 pound coffee tin. Remove from can when cool, roll in crushed nuts.
