|2 cans||Ortega diced chili peppers|
|1 pounds||Cheese of your choice; grated|
Grease 9"x13" casserole. Cover bottom with chili peppers. Cover with grated cheese. Mix eggs, Bisquick and milk. Pour over peppers. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. This makes a good brunch dish or perhaps Sunday night supper.
You can add bits of other things too for variation.
