4 | Kaiser rolls; split, toasted | |
1 | cup | Peloponnese roasted sweet red peppers; sliced |
1 | Green bell pepper; cut into rings | |
1 | cup | Banana peppers; sliced |
Directions
In small bowl, combine sour cream, scallions, mustard, and horseradish; set aside. In large skillet over medium-high heat, lightly brown Spam slices on both sides.
Spread 1 tablespoon of sour cream mixture on each of four roll halves. Top with Spam, peppers, and remaining sour cream mixture. Place tops of rolls on sandwiches and serve.
