12xesGood Sized Onions
2xesSweet Peppers
3xesHot Peppers
1xCelery Stalk
3poundsSugar
5tablespoonsSalt
1teaspoonMustard
1pinchWhite Wine Vinegar
¼poundsWhole Pickling Spice
(in cheesecloth bag)

Directions
