Peggy's mom's chili sauce

Yield: 1 many jars

Measure Ingredient
12 quarts Basket of Tomatoes
12 xes Good Sized Onions
2 xes Sweet Peppers
3 xes Hot Peppers
1 x Celery Stalk
3 pounds Sugar
5 tablespoons Salt
1 teaspoon Mustard
1 pinch White Wine Vinegar
¼ pounds Whole Pickling Spice
\N \N (in cheesecloth bag)
