Ingredients

| 1 | gallon | Peeled chopped tomatoes |
| ⅔ | cup | Chopped onions |
| 1½ | cup | Chopped green or hot peppers |
| 1½ | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Nutmeg |
| ½ | teaspoon | Curry powder |
| 5 | teaspoons | Salt |
| 2 | teaspoons | Ginger, ground |
| 1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
| 2 | cups | Cider vinegar |
Directions
Put all ingredients in a non reactive pan. Simmer and stir until thickness desired. Can in sterile pints.
