Bobbie's chili sauce

| 3 | cups | Celery -- chopped |
| 2 | cups | Onion -- chopped |
| 1 | cup | Green pepper -- chopped |
| ¼ | cup | Salt |
| 2 | cups | Sugar |
| ¼ | cup | Brown sugar |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Mixed pickling spice |
| 1 | cup | White vinegar |
Directions
Combine 1st five ingredients and let stand overnight. Drain in colander but do not press. Place in a large kettle and add remaining ingredients (pickling spice in cheesecloth). Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Fill jars and process for 10 minutes. Fills 12 - 8oz. jars.
