5 cups | Kix cereal |
1 cup | Salted Spanish peanuts |
1 cup | Raisins |
1 cup | Dried banana chips, if desired |
1 pack | (3 1/8 ounces) vanilla regular pudding and pie filling |
½ cup | Honey |
½ cup | Peanut butter |
Lightly butter jelly roll pan, 15½ x 10 ½ x 1 inch. Mix cereal, peanuts, rasins and banana chips in large bowl. Mix pudding and pie filling (dry) and honey in 1-quart saucepan. Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly; reduce heat. Boil and stir 1 minute; remove from heat.
Stir in peanut butter.
Pour over cereal mixture. Toss until evenly coated. Spread in pan.
Refrigerate 30 minuts. Break into bite-size pieces. Store in covered container at room temperature or in refrigerator. Makes 10 cups.
