Peanutty snack mix

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
5 cups Kix cereal
1 cup Salted Spanish peanuts
1 cup Raisins
1 cup Dried banana chips, if desired
1 pack (3 1/8 ounces) vanilla regular pudding and pie filling
½ cup Honey
½ cup Peanut butter

Lightly butter jelly roll pan, 15½ x 10 ½ x 1 inch. Mix cereal, peanuts, rasins and banana chips in large bowl. Mix pudding and pie filling (dry) and honey in 1-quart saucepan. Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly; reduce heat. Boil and stir 1 minute; remove from heat.

Stir in peanut butter.

Pour over cereal mixture. Toss until evenly coated. Spread in pan.

Refrigerate 30 minuts. Break into bite-size pieces. Store in covered container at room temperature or in refrigerator. Makes 10 cups.
