|5 cups||Kix cereal|
|1 cup||Salted Spanish peanuts|
|1 cup||Dried banana chips, if desired|
|1 pack||(3 1/8 ounces) vanilla regular pudding and pie filling|
|½ cup||Peanut butter|
Lightly butter jelly roll pan, 15½ x 10 ½ x 1 inch. Mix cereal, peanuts, rasins and banana chips in large bowl. Mix pudding and pie filling (dry) and honey in 1-quart saucepan. Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly; reduce heat. Boil and stir 1 minute; remove from heat.
Stir in peanut butter.
Pour over cereal mixture. Toss until evenly coated. Spread in pan.
Refrigerate 30 minuts. Break into bite-size pieces. Store in covered container at room temperature or in refrigerator. Makes 10 cups.
