Peaches and cream dessert

Measure Ingredient
¾ cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 pack Vanilla pudding mix (3 oz.)
½ teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoons Butter
½ cup Milk
1 \N Egg
1 can Peaches (20 oz.)
1 pack Cream cheese (8 oz.)
½ cup Sugar
3 tablespoons Peach juice
1 tablespoon Sugar

Combine flour, baking powder, vanilla pudding, salt, butter, milk and egg in a bowl; beat 2 minutes. Pour into greased pie plate. Drain the peaches, saving the juice. MIx together the cream cheese, ½ cup sugar, and the peach juice. Spread the peaches in pie plate. Spread cream cheese mixture over peaches within 1 inch of edge. Mix 1 tablespoon sugar and ½ teaspoon cinnamon. Sprinkle over pie top. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
