Peaches 'n cream ice cream

| 3 | pounds | Mashed fresh peaches or |
| 3 | cans | (1-lb) freestone peaches; drained and mashed |
| 1 | tablespoon | Fresh lemon juice |
| 4 | cups | Milk |
| 3 | cups | Whipping cream |
| 1½ | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla extract |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Almond extract |
| 1 | can | Sweetened condensed milk |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt (up to) |
| 3 | drops | Red food color; optional |
Directions
When using fresh peaches, sweeten to taste. Combine peaches and lemon juice. In a very large mixing bowl combine milk, whipping cream, sugar, vanilla and almond extract, salt. Add peaches to the mixture; stir in food color, if,desired. Chill. Put into ice cream freezer and churn. Yields 1 gallon.
