Peach and cream dessert

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Flour
2 packs Vanilla Pudding Mix
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 cup Milk
6 tablespoons Margarine Melted
32 ounces Peaches
16 ounces Cream Cheese
1 cup Sugar
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Mix first three ingredients, then add in the next two ingredients. Mix well and spread in a greased pan. Drain peaches and save juice. Arrange on top of batter. Beat cream cheese with 1 cup of sugar and ⅔ cups of peach juice. Pour mixture on top and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes.
