Peaches 'n cream dessert **

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Yellow cake mix
3 \N Eggs
½ cup Butter or margarine, melted
1 large Peaches, canned, drained
1 pack Coconut pecan or coconut almond frosting mix, dry
2 cups Sour cream

In large bowl, combine dry cake mix, 2 eggs, melted butter and dry frosting mix. By hand, stir until all is moistened. Press into 9 x 13 ungreased pan. Bake at 350~ for 10 -15 minutes, until toothpick in center comes out clean. Remove from oven. Top with peach slices. In small mixer bowl, combine sour cream and 1 egg. Pour evenly over peaches. Return to oven. Bake at 375~ for 10 - 15 minutes. Cool. Cut into squares. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
