Yield: 6 Servings
|2 cans||(16-oz) peach halves; drained|
|4 tablespoons||Brown sugar|
|2 teaspoons||Curry powder|
Drain and dry peaches thoroughly. Melt butter and add other ingredients, mixing well. Place peaches, cut side down, in a large baking pan. Spoon sauce over peaches. Bake in a 325ø oven for 45 minutes, uncovered, basting 2 or 3 times. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
