| 1 | cup | Rasins; (optional) |
| ½ | cup | Chopped nuts; (optional) |
Directions
Coambine all ingredients and stir until moistened. Don't over mix! Fold in raisins and/or nuts if you'd like them. In conventional oven bake at 350 degrees, 25-30 minutes. In microwave oven - using a microwave safe muffin pan, fill paper muffin cups half full. Microwave 2 to 2½ minutes, turning the pan every 45 seconds.
