Pesach double chocolate muffins

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Matzo cake meal
6 tablespoons Potato starch
¾ cup Sugar
1 pack Vanilla sugar; or 1 tsp vanilla ext
¼ cup Cocoa
2 teaspoons Baking powder; Pesach type
1 teaspoon Baking soda
¼ teaspoon Salt
⅔ cup Nonfat yogurt
⅔ cup Skim milk
1 \N Egg; or 2 egg whites
¾ cup Chocolate chips

Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients.. Mix togetherjust until combined.

Add chocolate chips. Place in nonstick or oiled muffin tins Bake aout 15 minutes at 400F.
