Yield: 12 Servings
Measure | Ingredient |

½ cup | Matzo cake meal |
6 tablespoons | Potato starch |
¾ cup | Sugar |
1 pack | Vanilla sugar; or 1 tsp vanilla ext |
¼ cup | Cocoa |
2 teaspoons | Baking powder; Pesach type |
1 teaspoon | Baking soda |
¼ teaspoon | Salt |
⅔ cup | Nonfat yogurt |
⅔ cup | Skim milk |
1 \N | Egg; or 2 egg whites |
¾ cup | Chocolate chips |
Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients.. Mix togetherjust until combined.
Add chocolate chips. Place in nonstick or oiled muffin tins Bake aout 15 minutes at 400F.
