Mini chocolate chip muffins

Yield: 36 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1⅓ cup All-purpose flour
3½ teaspoon Baking powder
½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 pinch Nutmeg
¾ cup Rolled oats
½ cup Brown sugar, lightly packed
1 cup Chocolate chips
1 Egg
1 cup Milk
¼ cup Vegetable oil

STIR TOGETHER

STIR IN

BEAT TOGETHER

Add liquid to dry ingredients and stir only until combined (batter will be lumpy). Spoon heaping tablespoonful of batter into each well greased 2-inch (5cm) tart cup. Bake in 400F. for 10 to 15 minutes or until tops spring back when lightly touched. Makes about 3 dozen.
