| Graham cracker crumbs | ||
| 1 | Stick butter | |
| 1½ | cup | Confectioner's sugar |
| 1 | pinch | Salt |
| 1 | Egg | |
| ½ | pint | Whipping cream |
| 1 | can | Crushed pineapple; drained |
Directions
Cream butter, sugar & salt; add the egg. Beat mixture well. Make a graham cracker crust in bottom of an 8x8-inch pan (mix graham cracker crumbs with a little melted butter, spread on bottom of pan & press down). Pour mixture over crust. Whip cream; add pineapple. Spread over batter & top with additional graham cracker crumbs. Chill.
