Spring temptation pie

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Boiling water
1 pack JELL-O Brand Lemon Flavor Gelatin (4-serving size)
1 cup Orange or lemon sherbet
2 cups Thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
2 cups KRAFT Miniature Marshmallows
1 can Crushed pineapple, drained (8 oz; opt)
1 Prepared graham cracker crumb crust (9 oz)

STIR boiling water into gelatin in medium bowl 2 minutes or until completely dissolved. STIR in sherbet; mix until melted. Refrigerate 25 minutes or until gelatin mixture is slightly thickened. FOLD in whipped topping, marshmallows and pineapple. Pour into crust. FREEZE until firm.
