Ingredients

| 8 | ounces | Wide noodles |
| 4 | Eggs | |
| ½ | cup | Sugar as desired (up to 3/4) |
| 1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| 1 | cup | Raisins |
| 4 | Apples-chopped | |
| 1 | can | (20 oz) pineapple chunks or tidbits--drained --discard liquid |
Directions
Boil noodles--put in collander. In hot pot from noodles--wire whisk eggs, sugar, cinnamon. Add raisins, chopped apples, pineapple chunks, then noodles. Mix well. Pour into greased 8x8 or 10x5 pan--metal or glass. Bake 45 minutes-1hour. If gets too brown on top, cover.
