Parve kugel

Measure Ingredient
8 ounces Wide noodles
4 Eggs
½ cup Sugar as desired (up to 3/4)
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 cup Raisins
4 Apples-chopped
1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks or tidbits--drained --discard liquid

Boil noodles--put in collander. In hot pot from noodles--wire whisk eggs, sugar, cinnamon. Add raisins, chopped apples, pineapple chunks, then noodles. Mix well. Pour into greased 8x8 or 10x5 pan--metal or glass. Bake 45 minutes-1hour. If gets too brown on top, cover.
